Conference Facilities

For the business traveller, there are so many business facilities we have made available for you. Doing business from the premises of Hotel De Hilda is like begin offered the best office on a silver platter. We pride ourselves in our world-class conference room with all the facilities you need to keep your business going.

The Hotel offers 3 Conference facilities:

  • A round table conference room with a 30 seat capacity. This well appointed room offers air conditioning and all modern facilities.
  • A large 250 seat capacity room, fully air conditioned and opening out onto an open terrace to provide an area for coffee breaks and informal gatherings.
  • A 350 seat open air centre suitable for large gatherings such as wedding receptions and parties.
    All the conference facilities have easy access to washrooms, car parks and bar and restaurant facilities.

Gymnasium

This well equipped facility provides guests with the opportunity to exercise after a long day’s work
Supermarket
The well stocked supermarket is open to visitors as well as guests and provides a large variety of provisions including tinned, packaged and frozen foods, clothes, suitcases and souvenirs. The well trained, friendly staff are on hand to assist customers with their needs.

Hairdressing Salon

Guests and visitors can take advantage of the in house hairdressing and barbering service. The well appointed salon is conveniently located and provides a quality service carried out by trained staff.

Infirmary

First aid facilities are available for both guests and staff. A doctor or nurse is on call 24 hours a day for medical or first aid emergencies.

Car Park

The Hotel boasts three (3) secure parking lots which are manned by our security staff 24 hours a day.
Customer Complaint Desk
Customer service and satisfaction are paramount to our industry,therefore the hotel provides a customer service desk manned by a customer service officer who is willing and capable of helping with customer needs.

Security

Security for our guests and visitors is a high priority, so the Hotel is patrolled 24 hours a day by our own security guards. A large generator is also maintained on site allowing the hotel to provide lighting should the electricity supply fail. Guests can relax with the knowledge that facilities will still be available even during a town power failure.

Farm

The well stocked farm provides the kitchen with hygienic, fresh poultry and livestock products for the restaurant, including eggs, chicken, mutton, chevon and pork. This enables us to control the quality of food and maintain a high standard of products being served to our guests and visitors. The farm also provides fresh produce to local companies such as Shell, Anglogold Ashanti and Gold Fields, during festive occasions.

Water Supply

The Hotel has installed a water bore hole and in conjunction with a well constructed water treatment plant, is able to supply clean potable water to guests and visitors. This water supply is constant and reliable.
